I shot my dvd's on September 16th, 2010 at Miguel Paredes' Gallery in the Wynwood district. It was one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life to capture my ideas and creativity at that moment. I am so happy and proud to finally have a pilates and yoga dvd on the market. I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. The fitness industry has influenced the choices I have made in my life and has ultimately carved me into who I am today. Fitness is my life. It is what I get up for every day.
My love for fitness, particularly pilates and yoga, has defined my lifestyle and it is my dream come true to share that ardor beyond just teaching my fitness classes. I have created a line of products that reflect individuality, freedom from all norms and creative fun.
