I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. The fitness industry has influenced the choices I have made in my life and has ultimately carved me into who I am today. Fitness is my life. It is what I get up for every day.
My love for fitness, particularly pilates and yoga, has defined my lifestyle and it is my dream come true to share that ardor beyond just teaching my fitness classes.
